MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Girdharilal Prajapat, 34 years, is Managing director of Medistep Healthcare Limited and Founder of the company. He has done Bechlor in Pharmcy from Rajasthan University of Health & Science, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Mr. Prajapat having 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field. He started his career with Cadila pharmaceutical limited in production department and went on to build his career through every cadre in sales and marketing department of pharma industry. He holds experience of a very good strategic planner having excellent analytical ability with excellent communication and networking skills. Mr. Prajapat is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of the Company.

Mr. Prajapat was also associated with AIMS hospital Paldi Ahmedabad as a Pharmacist.

His visionary efforts and leader approach, together with timetested techniques, have enabled the Company to lead one very front and stayed ahead of time. He always focus on one concept only which is “Customer isthe biggest asset of every Company”.

HETALBEN G PRAJAPATI

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms. Hetalben Prajapati, 30 years, is a Non-Executive director on the board of Medistep Healthcare Limited. She having 6+years of experience in pharmaceutical Industry. She set out with a vision to create a global pharmaceutical company as Pramotor of Medistep Healthcare Limited.

Ms. Prajapati is responsible for Achieving organizational effectiveness, depends on the ability to engage managers in understanding business objectives, implementing strategic plans, and supporting that plans organization-wide. Evaluate the progress of your specific business activities toward desired outcomes. Benchmarking and monitoring your operations continuously, eliminates inefficiencies such as shortages of raw materials, excess inventory or over staffing. Ms. Prajapati is successfully managing our business operations, focusing on Resources, Capacity utilization and Output. She also Leads Logistics and Transport division of the company.

Dr. VIPUL G DABHI

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

DR. Vipul G Dabhi is 42 years. Executive Director on the Board of Medistep Healthcare Limited. He completed his Bachlor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery. Having experience of 20+ years in hospital practice field. He is also working in pharmaceutical field as operation head as well as marketing area of the company. He also associated with Hope Neurocare, Rudraksh Institute of Medical Science, Ahmedabad. Narol ICU and Trauma Center and many more hospitals.

Dr. Dabhi also doing many social activities, like blood donation camps, and associated with National Health Mission ITS works like family welfare, Population control, Medical Education, Prevention of Food Adulteration, Quality control and Manufacturing of Drugs etc.

Dr. Dabhi is part of strategic leadership team who internal the decision makers of the company. He is also spearhead the HR gamut of the company.

dr. dabhi is responsible for developing and implementing of selling and marketing stretegic for an organization. he leads team to achieve the company"s desired revenue. he is responsible for develop marketing plans such as promotion of event and product launches.

Dr. KAPIL R DODIYA

NON-EXECUTIVE & INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Dr. Dodiya is 36 years, Independent Director on the Board of Medistep Healthcare Limited. He completed his medical degree from HNG University Patan, Gujarat in 2015.

Dr. Dodiya has 8+years rich experience in all facts of hospital & Healthcare sector. Dr. Dodiya was Partner at Jeevandeep Hopsital, Matar, Kheda, Gujarat. During this period Jeevandeep Hopsital rich at new height. There he has handled critical and important cases. He provided remarkable service to the patient. He gave his best in covid pandemic situation in hospital as well as door to door. He engaged in many social activities such as Blood Donation camps, Free medical treatment camps, Welfare programs etc.

Dr. Dodiya is Partner of Shree Krishna Multispeciality Hospital, Bareja, Ahmedabad. There he is the key person of policy and procedure of hospital.

DR. ANAND J KHODA

NON-EXECUTIVE & INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Dr. Anand J Khoda, age 40 years, is an Independent Director on the board of Medistep Healthacare Limited. Having experience of 15+ years in Healthcare sector. He holds medical degree from Vikram University Ujjain in 2007.

He was associated with Tower Hospital, Jafarabad, Amreli. He is a Partner of Astha Hospital, Bareja, Ahmedabad from last 5 years. He has over 10 years of administrative and management experience of Hospitals. Astha Hospital during his tenure gained new heights in hospital sector. He engaged in many social activities such as Blood Donation camps, Free medical treatment camps, Welfare programs etc. and shown his dedication in covid-19 pandamic situation. Dr. Khoda is also the Director of Rudra Super Speciality Hospital Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad.

JAGDISH PRAJAPATI

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Mr. JAGDISH PRAJAPATI , Chief Financial Officer of the Company, aged 28 years, he is a Commerce graduate possesses intense and varied experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Corporate Management for more than 6 years.

Mr. JAGDISH provides directions with respect to Financial Management and Operations of the organization encompassing organizational and financial planning, formulation of financial policy, financial accounting, management control systems, cash and funds management, tax planning, mobilization and management of resources, liaison with financial institutions and capital market players
